How Do I Set the Top or Bottom Travel Limits of My TV Lift?Yes, you can easily set the upper and lower travel limits using the included Hand-Held Programmer. Once programmed, your TV lift will operate within these set points. Store the programmer for future adjustments if needed.

What If I Can’t Find a TV Lift System for My Application?No problem! Our design engineers have over 40 years of combined experience in creating custom automation systems. We’ll design a solution tailored to your needs. Simply contact us with your requirements, and we’ll handle the rest.

Do I Need to Worry About My TV’s Make and Model?Not at all. Our TV lifts feature a Universal Mounting System that’s fully adjustable, accommodating any bolt pattern on the back of your flat-panel TV—whether it’s Plasma, LCD, or VESA-compliant (100, 200, 300, 400, etc.).

Can I Switch to a Different TV Later?Yes! Just ensure the height of your new TV doesn’t exceed the travel stroke of your current lift. If it does, you may need to upgrade to a larger lift model.

What About Safety?Safety is our top priority. All lifts come with a Floating-Lid Mechanism for added protection. If an obstruction (like a hand) is detected while closing, the lid disengages to prevent injury. However, always ensure no one is near the lift during operation.

Is Maintenance Required?Our lifts are maintenance-free—no oiling or greasing is needed.

How Often Can I Operate My TV Lift?Our lifts have a 10% duty cycle. For example, if the lift takes 5 seconds to rise, wait 50 seconds before lowering it. Staying within this cycle ensures optimal performance and longevity.
